CENTRAL PARK - PODOMORO CITY
Officiated on September 9, 2009 (09.09.09), Central Park is part of the Mega Integrated Complex, a division of the 22-hectare Podomoro City Megaproject. Central Park occupies a land area of 9 hectares and consists of a shopping mall; a 12-storey hotel with a 396-room capacity; a 46-storey office building; and 3 56-storey towers consisting of 1,128 apartment units.
Central Park Mall is inspired from the concept of the human’s 5 senses: hear, sight, touch, smell and taste. These
senses are evident through its architecture, interior design, landscape and lighting, namely Natural Landscape,
Natural Form, Natural Spaces, Natural Movement and Natural Experience (5 senses).
Central Park also houses a 4-hectare green area integrated with a garden complete with 'terrace and alfresco
dining', daily musical fountain shows, fish feeding pond and a recreational park in an urban setting. Central Park
also houses many local and international brands and boosts of Sogo Department Store, Carrefour, Gramedia Book
Store, Best Denki electronic superstore, Fun World Kids Playground, Celebrity Fitness, Blitz Megaplex and also an
amusement arcade called Tribeca Park.
